International Public Relations & Marketing
miraworld is a young but growing public relations agency based in Sydney, Australia operating internationally and specialising in tourism, food and lifestyle.
We are looking for bright and motivated students who can 'think outside the square' to enrol in our 2011 Internship programme.
As an intern, your research, writing, presentation, Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 skills will be put to the test. You will be given the opportunity to participate in exciting international projects and your duties will include anything from database development to writing media releases to actually working on proposals, pitches, presentations and events.
This is an unpaid position however students who successfully complete the internship programme will be invited to apply for a paid position as a member of our global team.
To be considered for the internship programme you must:
- be studying Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Event Management;
- be a self-starter, resourceful, and creative;
- have great attention to detail;
- fluent in Italian and English;
- be fully versant in Excel, Word, Powerpoint;
- understand and embrace emergent media strategies;
- have access to Skype; and
- be serious about a career in Public Relations.
